Andrew N. Bettinelli

Andrew has deep experience at all levels of government. He joined Harrington Heep in 2022 and advises a variety of clients on general municipal law issues. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew spent more than a decade in the legislative branch, serving as Chief of Staff for the President Pro Tempore of the Massachusetts Senate, as a Legislative Aide in the State Senate, and as a Special Assistant to a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. 

Andrew is a cum laude graduate of New England Law | Boston and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He lives with his wife and two children in Sudbury, where he serves as a member of the town’s Finance Committee. He was raised in Western Mass, and enjoys reading and spending time outside with family and friends.
