Donna's years as a lead Town Counsel provide the firm's clients with depth of knowledge in the full range of matters of particular concern to municipal government, such as Town Meeting, municipal finance, personnel issues, and local board practice and procedure, to name just a few. She got her start in the municipal field by serving as a volunteer appointed member of her town’s Historic District Commission and later as its chairman before being appointed as Town Counsel.
Donna is New England born and bred, with three children and a rotating collection of cats and dogs. In her spare time, she volunteers at the New England Aquarium as a diver in the Giant Ocean Tank. Reading and worldwide travel complete her primary interests. She looks forward to a tiger safari in India in the spring.
