Ethan B. Dively

As a counsel level attorney with Harrington Heep, Ethan Dively focuses his practice on land use, real estate, environmental and energy law, as well as other areas of municipal law. Ethan is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court in Massachusetts. Ethan serves our municipal clients advising Planning and Zoning Boards on all aspects of zoning and land use control, Conservation Commissions regarding wetlands permitting and enforcement; and providing general municipal support with real estate transactions involving complex title issues.

Ethan is a 2017 graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law, and joined Harrington Heep in 2019 after serving as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Robert Foster, Justice of the Land Court. With an undergraduate background in environmental science and economics, Ethan is particularly interested in sustainable development and represents our clients in the Superior Court and Land Court in litigation involving land use and environmental issues. Ethan is a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

 

Ethan and his wife Maria enjoy an active life outdoors and fill their weekends hiking, biking, and skiing across New England and beyond.
