February 2024 News & Events

Harrington Heep, LLP

It was great to see so many of you at Massachusetts Municipal Association's Annual Conference in January. We hope that you picked up some swag with the new firm logo.

We are pleased to announce that a lawyer experienced in municipal law has joined the firm as Counsel. Anthony Riley comes to us from Galvin & Galvin, where he represented school districts, municipalities, and private clients. Before that, Tony was a clerk for Judge Vhay and a legal intern with Judge Piper, both of the Land Court.

Are you looking for something to do on February 26th? Are you interested in learning more about the recent MBTA Communities statute, G.L. c. 40A, § 3A? Then register for the upcoming presentation by our own Donna Brewer and Susan Murphy of Dain, Torpy, LeRay, Wiest & Garner, P.C. Donna and Susan are presenting an hour-long webinar sponsored by the Massachusetts Municipal Association entitled MBTA Communities: Municipalities and Compliance. They will summarize the latest comments on compliance from the Attorney General and provide practical guidance.
