Rapid Fire Update - February 2022

The Division of Local Services is continuing its recent efforts to update its Informational Guideline Releases. IGR-2022-1 explains adjustments made to a Proposition 2½ debt exclusion when premiums are received in connection with the debt, as well as when surplus funds remain after the purpose of the borrowing is completed.
